We’re a student-athlete-led flag football program dedicated to creating a fun, energetic, and skill-building experience for kids. Founded by passionate college athletes, our mission is to share our love for the game while helping young players grow both on and off the field.

Our team includes athletes from Union College, UC Santa Barbara, Tulane University, Mercy College, Johnson & Wales, and D1 Training—bringing high-level experience, energy, and mentorship to every session. We offer age-specific programs for 7–10 and 11–13 year-olds, combining flag football fundamentals with strength, conditioning, teamwork, and confidence-building drills.
